Bingo has a language all of its own – from chat room jargon through to the British numerical nicknames used by callers. WizBingo is here to help you tune in to the chat!
Online Chat Room Bingo Lingo
As with text talk, Bingo chat rooms use a variety of shorthand and jargon to communicate quickly during games. If you are not aware of these it can all seem a little bewildering. In order to get in on the act and become part of the Bingo crowd, WizBingo presents for you a short guide to chat room bingo lingo.
gl: ‘good luck!’
pls: ‘please!’ – used when someone is close to a jackpot
any number: used to show which number they are waiting for
brb: ‘be right back’ – used when someone leaves the pc for a while
lol: ‘laughing out loud’ – used to show that you think something is funny
